What are the check-in and check-out times?

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out? Is there a fee?
Early Check-In: We don't guarantee an early check-in. It depends on availability and how late the previous guests leave the room. We can certainly expedite the readiness of the room to the best of our ability.
Late Check-Out: yes, this option is available. Late check-out at 12:00PM for $10+tax or a late check-out at 1:00PM for $20+tax.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
- A non-refundable one (1) night stay + taxes and fees will be charged at the moment of booking. The remaining amount due on the account will be charged upon check in.
- If a reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of arrival or in case of a no-show, there will be a charge for 100% of all nights booked with us.
- If a reservation is cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival the non-refundable one (1) night stay + taxes and fees will be forfeited.
- If a reservation is made through Non-Refundable Advance Purchase Rate, the full amount of the stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. If cancellation to reservation is made, guests will forfeit the total room charge plus tax.
- We do not offer refunds or discounts for early departures. Reservation payments are final.
- Gulf View Waterfront Resort reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations at our discretion.
Is the front desk staffed 24 hours a day?
No, the front desk office is not staffed 24 hours a day. Our regular hours are 7:30AM to 8:00PM. For late arrivals or emergencias that can't wait until the next morning, we provide a phone number that can be reached for access.
What is the minimum age to check in?
Must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

- Standard Two Queen Suite: Features Two Queen Beds, Bathroom,, and a Kitchenette. Sleeps 4.
- King Suite: Features One King Bed, Couch, and Bathroom. Sleeps 2.
- Superior King Suite: Features One King Bed in a Separate Bedroom, a Sofa Bed in the living room area, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. Sleeps 3.
- Coral Townhouses: Townhouse-Style, apartment that features one king bed and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs features a sofa bed in the living area, a bunk bed, in a separate bedroom, a full kitchen and a bathroom. Sleeps 6.
- Reef Townhouses: Townhouse-style apartment that features two queen beds and a full bath upstairs. Downstairs features a sofa bed in the living area, a bunk bed in a separate bedroom, a full bath, and a full kitchen. Sleep 8.
- Deluxe Standard King: Features one king bed, bathroom, and a kitchenette down by the boat dock. Sleeps 2.
- Waterfront 2 Queen Suite: Features two queen beds, bathroom, kitchenette, and split porch with hammock. Sleeps 4.
- Waterfront King: Features one king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and split porch with hammock. Sleeps 2.
- Dockside King Suite: Features king bed in a separate bedroom, sofa bed in living area, kitchenette, bathroom, and a porch with hammock. Sleeps 4.
- Bayside Two Bedroom Suite: King bed in bedroom one, 2 full beds in bedroom two, full kitchen, 2 full baths, and balcony with hammock. Sleeps 6.

Yes. Some of our rooms are equipped with these. We also offer bigger rooms and suites with full kitchens/kitchenettes.

Baby cribs/PackNPlay are available upon request. Adult rollaway beds/cots are not available.

Yes. We have a heated/tempered outdoor pool.

Are there any activities or entertainment options at the hotel?
We offer complimentary kayaks, paddleboards and bikes included with your stay. We have a heated pool open all year round. Cornhole, lazy beds and lounge chairs for relaxation. We have third parties on property managing Dive Trips, JetSki Rentals, Pontoon Boats and Parasailing (this one coming soon).
Are there any family-friendly activities nearby?
State parks, JetSkies and more activities are available around that are considered kid-friendly.

What are the closest attractions or points of interest?
There's a wide range of places nearby, these being: Rowell's Waterfront Park, John Pennekamp state Park, Dolphins Plus Bayside and Pinfish Entertainment.
How far are you from the airport / downtown / beach / major landmarks?
The nearest airport to our location is Miami Int'l Airport - MIA which is one hour away. The other airport located in the Keys is Key West Int'l Airport located two hours away.

No pets are allowed. If they are service animals, then yes.
